EAIパーティー

Hello! こんにちは！

I’d like to to share a bit about the EAI students. These are term exchange students who are wrapping up their time here at TCU. They finished their studies here with presentations on Friday and head home on various days next week. In order to make some last memories to treasure, we had a dinner and game night last Tuesday.

今学期の短期留学生のEAI生についてシェアしたいと思います。EAI生はそろそろ帰ります。金曜日に最終プレゼンテーションをして、この一学期が終わり、土曜日からそれぞれの日程で帰って行きます。そこで、最後のいい思い出としてイベントをしました。

About 30 students including EAI students, Japanese students, and ACTS-ES students, gathered in the big classroom and enjoyed food and conversation. Some Japanese students just got back from studying English in Australia. Many of these students took this chance to meet the EAIs and practice their English. We played “Telephone Pictionary” and “Who am I?” It was fun to talk and laugh together.

EAI生と日本人とACTS-ES生の30人が大教室で集まって一緒に食べながらおしゃべりしました。オーストラリア留学から帰って来たばかりの日本人学生がこれを機会にEAI生と仲良くなり英語を練習することもできました。ゲームは「伝言ゲーム」と「私は誰でしょうゲーム」でした。一緒に話したり笑ったり、楽しかったです。

We could see the diversity and unity of God’s family as we spent this time together. Although the EAI students will leave us soon, we know that God is with us all and unites us together wherever we are. This is an encouragement. We look forward to seeing how our relationships with this year’s EAI students will continue over the years and whose paths may meet again.

参加者たちを見ていると神様の家族のように見えて来ました。EAI生が帰っても、私たちがどこにいても、神様は共にいて下さってそして私たちを一つにして下さいます。これは本当に励ましです。これからの将来、今回のEAI生とつながり続け、またどこかで会えることを楽しみにしています。
