Experience TCU dormitory life! Overnight Open Campus

We will hold "Overnight Open Campus" again this year!

This is a very popular open campus where you can experience the real student life at TCU!
We have prepared a special program where you will stay at the TCU dormitory with 3 meals per night.

Whether you are anxious about dormitory life or looking forward to it, please join us for this one-night open campus program to learn more about what TCU has to offer!

  • Date & Time: Friday, September 19, 2025 18:30 - Saturday, September 20, 2025 15:00 
    If you are unable to make it, you may participate only on Saturday, September 20.
    If you wish to stay at the dormitory, please register by 12:00 noon on 9/15(Mon.).

Day1 Friday, September 19

18:30~ Registration
19:00~ Dinner
     Student-planned meeting
     Fellowship at the dormitory
     Overnight stay at bachelor dormitory
    (Those who wish to stay at a hotel in the suburbs are welcome to do so, but those over 30 years old must make their own hotel arrangements.)

 

Day 2 September 20 (Saturday)

10:00~ Introduction to the university
     Trial Lesson
12:00~ Lunch
     Campus Tour
     Career Support and Admissions Guidance
14:30~ Individual Interviews
15:00~ End of the session

The schedule is subject to change.
*After the tour, a shuttle will take you from the campus to Chiba Newtown Chuo Station.

Participant's Privilege

Advance Registration Privilege

For those under 30 years old who attend church regularly and participate in all programs on the day of the event

  • Subsidized transportation (apply up to one day in advance)
  • Free lodging (apply up to 5 days in advance)

The privilege will be given to you!
If you wish to receive assistance, please indicate the name of your denomination/church on the application form.


*Visitors will receive a set of university pamphlets and application materials, an original ballpoint pen, and an original bag to carry the materials.


About chaperones

Chaperones (family members, church members, etc.) are welcome to attend.
Transportation expenses for chaperones will not be subsidized.
Please make your own accommodation arrangements for chaperones.
