Dormitory Life
A dormitory at TCU is more than just a place to live; it’s a place to put biblical teachings and classroom lessons into practice. It’s a place to learn the essentials of life as a member of society and as a Christian. Here, we pray in the morning, eat together, sometimes clash, sometimes reconcile, meet lifelong friends, and encounter a new version of ourselves. By living alongside Japanese and other international students from diverse backgrounds, you will experience the fellowship of God's family, transcending differences in nationality, culture, and language. Let us love God and one another. This dormitory philosophy is a lifelong goal for TCU students.
Married Students
TCU also runs a Family Dorm. The apartments in the family dorm come in three sizes, each with a different rental fee. The tuition is the same for all TCU students, whether living in one of the single’s dorms or in the family dorm. However the fees for room and board and certain utilities are quite different for family dorm.

This dormitory is designed for upperclassmen and features unit-style communal living, with four private rooms and a shared space. It offers a rich learning environment and fosters deep fellowship in a close-knit setting. Each floor is secured with a lock system accessible via a PIN code.
About Our Location
TCU is located in Chiba New Town Station in Inzai city, Chiba.
This area is located about a 30–40 minute train ride from central Tokyo and about a 20-minute train ride from Narita International Airport. The surroundings of the university offer a refreshing contrast to Tokyo’s urban landscape, with abundant greenery and spacious parks perfect for relaxation. At the same time, the nearby station area is lively and convenient, featuring malls, restaurants, and plenty of options for shopping and dining.
Cafeteria
Three meals are available Monday through Friday.The cafeteria staff prepares the meals with love and prayer, while keeping the nutritional balance in mind.The menu changes daily and everyone eats the same dishes.The most popular menu item is curry and rice.After the meal, students on dish-washing duty clean up.
