今回のGlobal Connectionでは、国際NGOで開発・緊急人道支援に携わっておられる神田聖光さんをスピーカーにお迎えします。学生時代は「『国際協力』という分野に対して、どこか斜に構えていたところがある」という神田さん。国際協力分野という進路選択をするに至った経緯や、国際協力と信仰の関係について、お伺いします。
ゲストプロフィール：大学卒業後、メキシコ・シティの日系銀行で働く傍ら、現地ホームレス支援のNGOに従事。米国のUniversity of Notre Dameにて開発学修士課程を修了し、南米チリの教育系NGO (Enseña Chile) にて学校改善プロジェクトを実施。日本に帰国後、外務省国際協力局開発協力総括課にて勤務。2021年３月より、国際ＮGOワールド・ビジョン・ジャパンにてシリア難民支援を担当。千葉県出身・在住。
